Cookie policy
Last updated:
This policy explains exactly what runs in your browser when you visit this site. We wrote it in detail because in August 2026 we audited our own previous site and found third-party tools loading without consent and undeclared anywhere. We rebuilt the site so that cannot happen again.
Necessary cookies
We store your cookie decision in your browser’s local storage, under the key wb_consent_v2. It is not a cookie that travels to a server and it identifies no one. Without it we would have to ask you on every page.
Analytics and advertising · only with your permission
These are two separate decisions. You can accept one and refuse the other: accepting analytics does not switch on the advertising pixel. Until you accept, your browser downloads nothing from these tools.
| Tool | Purpose | What it does | Loads |
|---|---|---|---|
| Google Analytics 4 | Analytics | Know which pages are read and where visitors come from. IP is anonymized. | Only if you accept analytics |
| Meta pixel | Advertising | Measures which Facebook and Instagram ads bring real enquiries and lets us show you our ads. It records page views and clicks on WhatsApp and email. | Only if you accept advertising |
| Klaviyo | Advertising | Shows the signup form and remembers whether you already subscribed, so we do not show it again. It uses the __kla_id cookie. | Only if you accept advertising |
We use the Meta pixel because paid media on Meta Ads is part of what we do: if we do not measure our own lead generation, we cannot hold a client to a standard we skip ourselves. The dataset identifier is 26739977718936956, registered to Wambala Business.
What we do NOT use
This site loads no session recorders or heatmaps, no third-party antifraud tools and no advertising networks other than Meta. We also do not share your email with anyone outside Klaviyo, which is where our list lives. If that changes, this table changes first.
