This site is owned by Wambala Business. Its content is informational and does not constitute a binding commercial offer: all engagements are formalized through a signed proposal and contract.
Prices
Published prices are in US dollars and are valid through 2026-12-31. Prices in Colombian pesos follow a different market structure and are not a conversion of the dollar prices: they are quoted separately. Prices exclude applicable taxes and the third-party costs listed for each service.
Scope of service
- All work is delivered in a development environment. Publishing is the client’s decision and responsibility.
- The client is responsible for the content and claims they choose to publish on their site, ads and product pages.
- 2 revision rounds and 30 days of support are included, understood as error correction and not as new work.
- We do not guarantee sales results, search rankings or specific campaign metrics.
Intellectual property
The brand, texts, code and graphic assets of this site belong to Wambala Business. Rights over each project’s deliverables transfer to the client as agreed in the corresponding contract, once the project is paid in full.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Colombian law. Any dispute will be resolved before the competent courts of Medellín, Antioquia.
